How do you create a relaxing bath?
Run the bath water at your personal comfort temperature. We recommend a water temperature between 36 and 38°C. Baths that are too hot put a strain on the circulation. Choose a bath additive with a relaxing fragrance of your choice: Relax & Sleep with lavender, De-Stress with vetiver and camomile or Absolut Relax with Indian Melissa. Dimmed light and tranquillity create a pleasantly relaxing atmosphere for bathing. Depending on what you prefer, you can listen to relaxing music or nature sounds while bathing
