Would you like to withdraw from an order placed in the Dresdner Essenz shop? Here you can easily submit your withdrawal declaration online. Simply fill out the form. You will then receive a confirmation of receipt by email.

How online withdrawal works

You can submit your withdrawal declaration to us in just a few steps:

  1. Enter your name and order number.
  2. Enter your email address for the confirmation of receipt.
  3. Let us know whether you would like to withdraw from the entire order or only individual items.
  4. Check your details and click "Submit".

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by email. This confirms that we have received your declaration. We will then separately review whether and to what extent a right of withdrawal exists.


Please note: Use of this form is voluntary. You can still declare your withdrawal by email, fax or letter. The online form is an additional service that allows you to submit your withdrawal quickly and easily.

Important Information Regarding Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a person designated by you, received the last item of goods.

If you have already received the goods, please return them immediately—and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

For certain goods, the right of withdrawal may be excluded. This applies, for example, to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal was removed after delivery.

Yes. You can still submit your cancellation via email, fax, or mail. The online form is an additional service that allows you to easily submit your cancellation directly through the Dresdner Essenz Shop.
No. You do not need a customer account. The cancellation form can also be used if you placed your order as a guest.
No. You can cancel your contract without giving a reason. If you would like to voluntarily provide a reason, you can do so in the form.
Yes. You can cancel the entire order or individual items. Please specify as precisely as possible in the form which items are affected so that we can clearly identify your request.
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation of receipt via email. This confirms that your cancellation notice has been received by Dresdner Essenz. We will then review your information and the next steps.
If the cancellation is valid, we will refund the payments received within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice at the latest. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
You are responsible for the direct costs of the return shipment.
