Social Media Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks:

Social media management: Strategic and content-related management of our social media channels as well as development and implementation of a holistic social media strategy to strengthen our brand presence

Editing: Responsibility for editorial planning, research and creation of exciting and creative content (text, images, video, reels, stories) for our digital communication channels
-
Community management: Actively managing our channels, responding to comments and messages and building an engaged community
-
Collaboration with influencers, content creators and cooperation partners, including campaign planning, implementation and evaluation as well as coordination of external agencies and service providers
-
Conception and implementation of social media campaigns, product launches and competitions
-
Analysing: Observing trends in the beauty and cosmetics sector and deriving new content ideas
-
Analysing and evaluating relevant KPIs (e.g. reach, engagement, conversion) and creating regular reports
-
Close collaboration with marketing, product management and graphic design to ensure a consistent brand presence
Your profile:
-
a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing, media and communication sciences or a career changer with relevant practical experience

Confident handling of image editing basics and a good feel for visual content
-
Conceptual thinking and a high level of textual confidence - from idea to realisation
-
Structured, independent way of working with strong organisational skills and an analytical eye
-
Team player mentality, reliability and strong communication skills
-
Sound knowledge of digital marketing

Experience with common tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and Google Ads
-
Practical experience with CMS systems such as WordPress and/or Shopware is an advantage
-
Experience in working with external agencies desirable
