The first bath meditation from Dresdner Essenz
Many of us have heard about how mindfulness helps to relief stress and would like to make it a bigger part of our daily routine. With Easy Mind, we have finally found a way to make the topic of mindfulness accessible to you: with a bath meditation (only german language). From time to time, many of us take a warm bath after a stressful day in order to unwind. So why not use this everyday opportunity for mindfulness? Our bath meditations on the topics of “Self-Love”, “Good Night’s Sleep” and “Letting Go” are an easy way to do something for your own personal well-being.

1. Scanning the CR code
Scan the QR code on the back of the packaging. Depending on your smartphone, you can do so directly with the camera or a special QR scanner app, which many providers offer as a free download. Alternatively, the link can be entered directly in the browser.
