Natural essential oils of thyme, Swiss stone pine and lavender create a harmonious interplay. The warm water and the water vapour with the scent of essential oils that reaches the nose are beneficial for the respiratory tract. They are pleasantly moisturised. The warmth of the water also relaxes your muscles. Physical discomfort often leads to muscle tension. A warm bath with essential lavender oil also has a calming effect on body and mind, which is generally beneficial for falling asleep more easily afterwards.

How to bathe properly during the cold season
The water temperature should be pleasantly warm, between 36 and 38°C. The water should never be too hot to prevent the body from overheating. Take your time in the bath and try to relax. Wrap up warmly after bathing to avoid cooling down. Please note that our Naturally Healthy Feeling bath additives are not suitable for pregnant women or children under 3 years of age due to the high content of essential oils.
