Here's how to take a proper bath during the cold season:
The water temperature should be comfortably warm, between 36 and 38°C (97-100°F). The water should not be too hot to avoid overheating the body. Take your time for the bath and try to relax. Wrap yourself in warm clothing after bathing to prevent getting cold.
