Hemp
The hemp plant is also called cannabis sativa in Latin. The name is derived from the cannabinoids it contains, such as CBD or THC, which are almost only found in the female plants. These substances are responsible for the well-known intoxicating effect of the plant. The commonly used commercial hemp usually contains hardly any psychoactive substances. Hemp was and is an important useful plant. Its robust fibres are used, for example, to make clothing or paper. The cannabis seeds serve as a valuable foodstuff and also for the extraction of hemp seed oil.
Beauty miracle hemp oil
Hemp oil is extracted from the seeds of the hemp plant. With its numerous skin-caring ingredients, hemp oil is ideal for body care, especially of sensitive skin. Hemp seed oil has a unique composition of unsaturated fatty acids. It is said to be beneficial for cell renewal and thus also for the regeneration of the skin.
Our skin has a natural acid mantle to protect itself from harmful environmental influences or dehydration. Sometimes, however, this protective layer gets out of balance, be it through the wrong diet, skin care or the natural ageing process. Sensitive skin in particular reacts quickly to environmental influences. This can manifest itself in the form of skin redness, skin dryness or skin impurities. Hemp oil is very similar to the human skin lipids. It therefore naturally helps to strengthen the skin's own protective layer and restore skin lipids - for a healthy and radiant complexion. The high content of linoleic acid also provides hemp oil with moisturising properties, making it a popular ingredient for skin care products.
