Conditions of participation and data protection information for the Advent competition
(from 01.12.2025)
§1 Competition
The Advent competition is organised by Li-iL GmbH Arzneimittel Arzneibäder (hereinafter: the provider). The Advent competition is offered subject to availability. The provider reserves the right to extend, change or shorten the duration of the Advent competition without giving reasons. In such a case, the participants are not entitled to any claims against us. The provider also reserves the right to exclude participants from the Advent competition in the event of suspected abuse, manipulation or criminal behaviour. There is no legal entitlement to participate in the Advent competition.
§2 Participation
(1) All persons over the age of 18 may participate. Employees of the provider and their relatives are excluded.
(2) Participants from abroad are entitled to participate, but must be able to provide a German delivery address. There is expressly no delivery abroad, as delivery costs are sometimes too high here.
(3) A person takes part in the Advent competition by completing the daily form behind the door of the online Advent calendar at www.dresdner-essenz.com and sending it by clicking on the "Send" button. A confirmation of transmission will then appear on the screen. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of his/her e-mail.
(4) Multiple participation in the Advent competition is possible. Each participant may enter the Advent competition for the current day's door once a day within the specified entry period.
(5) A prerequisite for participation is that the data is entered by the participants themselves. Participation via a service provider that enters the data of its clients in competitions - a so-called competition entry service - is not permitted.
§3 Realisation & processing
(1) The winner will be determined by the provider by means of a draw and notified within 10 working days via the e-mail address provided in the form.
(2) The prize will be sent to the postal address given in the form. If the address given is incorrect, the entitlement to the prize will lapse and there will be no second delivery.
(3) Legal recourse and payment of the prizes in cash are excluded.

This applies, for example, to the transfer of data to third parties if this is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract (in particular for the transfer of profits to the shipping service provider), if you have given your consent, if a legal obligation provides for this or on the basis of our legitimate interests (e.g. when using agents, web hosts, etc.). However, if they do not do so, they will not be able to take part in the Advent competition, as this requires the provision of the above-mentioned data.
