How does the Shop work?

Before you begin to shop, you have to confirm the registration as a customer. You personal data will be stored and are then available for further shopping. To registrate you need an e-mail adress so that we are able to send you a confirmation of your order and to inform you about shipment and costs.

The shopping at our webshop is very easy. Just put the product you wish to buy into the "shopping cart". Then go to "checkout". There you may remove products or change quantities. Above all you see the mailing expenses of your goods. You also may check your adress for dispatch or add an other adress, for a gift parcel for example. When you push the "Order" button, your order will be sent off to us.

You will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail automatically, including all necessary information to perform the payment. Please transfer the amount due to our account, and indicate your name and purchase order number as well. We daily check the money receipts. If your payment has been credited to our account your goods will be sent as fast as possible.
