Facts and transparancy

Our shop is working since August 2006, since then we have sent off hundreds of parcels within Germany and abroad - up to now (knock on wood) without any return or wrong delivery. In our newsletters we inform about new products, new features in the shop and current special offers.

Good products, good service

Shopping online is a matter of trust. That’s why we try hard to satisfy you with our products and our service. If something did not work well it would be nice of you to tell us. We are steadily working at the improvement of our shop. And if you’re content with us we would be proud to be recommended by you.

Availability

All items available in the shop are really available (normally). If ordered items are not available at short notice, we will immediately inform you. If you wish to order a larger quantity of an item than currently available or if you look for a certain article, please let us know. The available quantities in the shop will be checked and updated every Tuesday.

No obligation to buy

Even after finishing the order process, you are not bound to buy. Only after your payment has arrived your order will be processed. After 4 weeks whithout receiving your payment we will delete your order without further notice. Until that your ordered items are reserved for you. Changes to your order are no problem at all, just send us an e-mail.

Safe payments

The payment by money transfer is safe for both of us. Money transfer can be carried out by you in your accustomed way, online or at your bank desk. Alternatively, you may also send Euro banknotes in a registered and insured letter (U.K.). In our shop, we do not include external banking solutions and no bank data from you are transferred or stored.

Safe packaging

Your articles will be packed in a way to make sure they will reach you well. If it does happen that something is damaged, please let us know immediately!

Fast shipping

We ship daily except on sundays. We check for payments every day (monday-thursday 6 p.m., friday 2 p.m.). The soon your payment has arrived, your order will be made ready for travel and will be shipped the next day. If it does take longer as an exception, we will inform you immediately.

Safe shipping

Our parcels are shipped with HERMES, COD parcels with the Deutsche Post (within Germany only). With your shipping number you may check the delivery status of your parcel.

Return

Off course, you may return products. The 14 days return period only starts after you have received your products. All information about return of goods can be found in our terms and conditions and at your invoice that you receive within your parcel.
