I can not register as a customer, my home country is not on your list

My bank charges for international money transfer are very high

We also accept payment by cash. Please check if you can send your payment in Euro banknotes in a recorded insured envelope. Please do not hesitate to ask us for further details about this way of payment!

I have not received an order confirmation!

Your order might not have been sent off properly. Please Log-in again and click "Shopping Cart"! If any products are still placed in here you have to sent off your order properly.

I have forgotten to state the purchase order number at the money transfer!

No problem, do not worry. Either the name of the payer or the amount allow target allocation in most cases. In case of doubt we will try to contact you. You also may inform us by e-mail to shop (at) dresdner-essenz (.) com.

Why can´t I pay by credit card?

Other ways of payment contain higher risk and more costs for us. That´s why we only offer payment in advance or cash on delivery (only in Germany) at the moment.

How long does it take until I get my goods?

Unfortunately we are not able to say how long it will take until you get your goods. Depending on your bank, your payment will be transfered due to our bank account within 1 and 5 days after ordering and confirmation. Then your parcel will be packed and sent off on the next day. The shipping usually takes 2-7 days. Therefore you should allow a minimum of 5 days to pass after you have ordered. Depending on the bank the money transfer may take very longer time especially if you have sent an handwritten transfer order.
