Terms and Conditions concerning Li-iL-SHOP

This is a translation of our German Terms and Conditions. Please read those Terms and Conditions carefully. They govern the use of the Li-iL-SHOP and the deals clinched herein. By placing an order you agree to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. You may print or store these Terms and Conditions.

We make the effort to ensure accuracy and updating of the information and content placed on this site at the best. All content is subject to change without prior notice at any time. Nevertheless we assume no liability for accuracy, correctness and completeness of the information and content shown on this site. The use of the internet contains risks because of the public access and the possibilities of manipulation of content by nonauthorised third persons. By using the internet you accept these risks. We assume no liability for this risk to happen, if we are not responsible. Validity of German Law to the exclusion of the Uniform Law on the International Sale of Goods (according to the Hague Convention).

Order

To deal with your order properly please key in your personally data like name, address, e-mail. We do not deal with your order if your age is under 18. By sending your order you confirm the order and agree with the Terms and Conditions without any reservation and to the full extent. Your order will be sent to our customers service to proceed. You will get a confirmation by e-mail. You may then print or store this confirmation. This order confirmation contains all information regarding the exact invoiced amount, the mode of payment and terms of product delivery. This is the final acception of your order and will serve as demand of payment. We store your order in terms of processing and proof of mode and date of the order. Our product offers are valid as long as supply lasts. The sale is limited to common household volumes and for end-consumers only. Is there one special product temporarily not available we commit ourselves to send you a message by e-mail within three working days. In this case you may cancel your order by e-mail to shop@dresdner-essenz.com. Already payed amounts will be refunded within 15 days.

Offers and Prices

Any product offered at the Li-iL-SHOP is valid for consumers only and within limits of our delivery service. Customers must be minimum age of 18. Quantities limited to household amount. Special offers are valid only in the period fixed and as long as supply lasts. The prices shown are in EURO and contain the German Value Added Tax (VAT) of currently 19% plus shipping expenses. Prices are subject to change. VAT may be changed by law. The valid price is of the date of order.

Payment

The property of the goods remains with us until complete payment. At the moment only payment by banktransfer is possible. Cash on delivery in Germany only (Please pay shipping expenses in advance.) Account information and shipping expenses for the goods will be sent to you as part of confirmation of order by e-mail. You finally close the deal by bank transfer. Before that you do not have any buyers duty.

Shipping

The shipping of the goods takes place after payment to the stated adress in your order form and within our limits of delivery only. We try hard for a quick delivery of shipment. Your order will be sent within 3 weekdays after receipt of payment. We inform you right after sending off your ordered goods. Our products are normally sent by Hermes or Deutsche Post/DHL. All other areas: Germany, Finland, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Luxemburg, Portugal, Great Britain, Poland, Austria, Italy, Slovenia, Slowakia, Spain (without Ceuta, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Teneriffa, La Gomera, La Palma, El Hierro, Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland - Islands, Overseas and Enclaves on request.

Mailing Expenses

Mailing expenses depend on volume and/or weight of the package and will be calculated according your data of order.
You will see a binding information of the costs of the order before you reconfirm your order. - You then have the possibility to change your order and/or the quantities.
___Germany:
4,95 € for standard quantities (up to ca. 10 kg) and
6,95 € for large quantities (up to 25 kg).
Minimum quantities we send as consignment of goods by Deutsche Post (only in Germany).
Free shipping for orders over 50,00 € (only for addresses in Germany).
For German zip codes 01127, 01129, 01139, 01097, 01099 and 01445 you can now chose home delivery, delivery costs 3,00 Euro (incl. VAT).

14,90 € for standard quantities (up to ca. 10 kg) and
19,90 € for large quantities (up to ca. 20 kg).

Prices are including the German VAT of currently 19%. We reserve the right to change the rules of the shipping expenses.

Protection of Data Privacy

To run the SHOP and for processing of your orders we need some of your personal data. This includes name, e-mail address, date of birth. We guarantee to treat your data with the utmost discretion. The data will be used in order to process your orders and for internal analysis by the Li-iL GmbH only. Your data will not given to noninvolved third persons. You may check and change your data at any time under » your account«. You have the right to check, see and/or to let correct and/or erase your personal data stored in our system. For this reason please apply by stating your name, complete adress and if so log-in name, by E-Mail to shop @ dresdner-essenz . com or by mail to Li-iL GmbH, Webshop, Leipziger Straße 300, D-01139 Dresden.

Cookies

Our Li-iL-SHOP is designed for your convenience to process your orders quick and reliable. Therefore we use Cookies. These are small data packages stored on hard disk on your computer. They show us the settings you choose while visiting the Li-iL-SHOP and what products you put in the shopping cart. The use of Cookies serves for your convenient shopping only.

Warranty

Does the purchased product contain any defect statutory provision are effective. To cede a claim of the orderer to third persons is excluded.
If not otherwise stated below, further claims of the orderer, no matter what reason, are excluded. We take no responsibility for damage that not happened to the matter of delivery itself, especially not for escaped benefit or other capital loss of the orderer. As far as the liability of contract of the Li-iL GmbH is excluded or limited, this is valid also for personal liability of employees, agents and servants.
The limit of liability statet above is not valid if the cause of the damage is on purpose or based on gross carelessness or personal injury is existent. It is also not valid if the orderer claims regulated by law.
In case an important part of the contract has been violeted, the duty of replacement for property damage to the typically damage done restrained.
The return of defective goods has to follow the regulations by law. In case of breach of these rules we reserve the right to ask for damages according the law. Statute of limitation is 24 month from the day of delivery.

Exclusion of liability of links to other websites

We take no responsibility for content and design of external websites that we link to. We do not necessarily agree with substance and content of these websites.
